DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

OnlineRealGames respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Some games on this site are supplied by third-party developers. When we receive a valid notice, we act promptly to remove or disable access to the material.

Designated Agent

Send notices of claimed infringement to our designated agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:

Service Provider: 7Seas Entertainment Limited
Designated Agent Name/Title: Copyright Manager
Postal Address: 7Seas Entertainment Limited, 5th Floor, Plot No. 92, 93, 94, Kavuri Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500081

This designation covers OnlineRealGames (onlinerealgames.com), the OnlineRealGames App, and the OnlineRealGames Developer Portal.

Filing a Notice of Infringement

If you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a written notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if several works are covered).
  3. The exact URL(s) or specific locations of the material you want removed, providing enough information for us to locate it.
  4. Your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Please note: Submitting a DMCA notice constitutes consent to have your contact details and the contents of your notice shared with the developer or user who supplied the alleged infringing material. Notices that do not contain all the elements listed above may not be actionable.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or a result of misidentification, you may send our agent a written counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the specific URL where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, physical address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original infringement notice or an agent of such person.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. In accordance with the DMCA, we will restore the removed material between 10 and 14 business days following receipt of the counter-notice, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking a restraining order against the subscriber.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts and developer access of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

Developers

Developers who submit games through the Developer Portal confirm that they own, or have the necessary licences for, all content in their submissions. Games found to infringe copyright laws may be removed immediately without prior notice.

Misrepresentation Notice

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including legal costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer or the service provider.
