Developer Terms of Service & Distribution Agreement

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Developers retain 100% full intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, and ownership in all games, software, artwork, music, and assets uploaded to OnlineRealGames.com ("ORG"). By submitting a game, you grant ORG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, distribute, publicly display, and feature the game on OnlineRealGames.com and its affiliated web and mobile applications.

2. Developer Warranties & Legal Distribution Rights

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author, owner, or authorized licensor of the game build and all enclosed assets.
• Your submission does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Your game does not contain malicious code, viruses, trojans, ransomware, cryptocurrency miners, or unauthorized telemetry.
• Your game complies with all applicable child safety, privacy, and consumer protection laws (including COPPA and GDPR).

3. Editorial Review & Catalogue Integrity

OnlineRealGames maintains an editorial review standard for all catalogue inclusions. Submission of a game build does not guarantee publication. ORG reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any game at its sole discretion for technical regressions, policy violations, security risks, or copyright notices.

4. Account Status & Suspension

ORG administrators may suspend or terminate developer accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material, attempt server exploitation, or violate security policies. Suspended developers are prohibited from submitting new games or managing live titles.

5. First Release Scope

This version of the Developer Portal is dedicated to game submissions, build management, sandbox previews, and catalogue publication. Monetization dashboards, revenue share, and payout mechanisms are not included in this release.
